Shipping Policy

Shipping Time for In-Stock Jewelry

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please add shop@aldrichartstudio.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails.

Production & Shipping Time for Special Orders

Please note that all special orders are handcrafted and require 2–3 weeks for production. Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from shop@aldrichartstudio.com as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer FREE standard shipping (5-7 days) on all orders within the United States. If you prefer expedited shipping, the following options are available:

  • UPS Next Day Air – $70
  • UPS 2nd Day Air – $40
  • UPS 3-Day Select – $35

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your item under the following conditions:

Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You have two return options:

Option 1 – Full Refund

  • You may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a $15 shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (please allow one to two billing cycles for processing).

Option 2 – Store Credit

  • You may return your item for store credit (excluding shipping charges) within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit balance.
  • Store credit must be used within 1 year from the original order date. Details on how to use your credit will be emailed to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please call us at (970) 799-3240 between 10 AM – 4 PM MST to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Note: Aldrich Art Studio reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the return policy requirements.


Cancellation Policy

Production for special orders and processing for in-stock jewelry begins soon after order placement.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by calling us at (970) 799-3240 or emailing shop@aldrichartstudio.com.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, but you may return or exchange the item after receiving it, following our Returns & Exchanges Policy above.
